Grass carp is one of the most delicious and expensive species of warm-water fish. The
flesh of this fish has a high quality due to the consumption of plants such as clover,
alfalfa, sorghum and soft fodder and is one of the healthiest and most pleasant warm-
water fish. Its flesh is cohesive and has a very delicious taste.

Nutritional value of Grass carp:
Grass carp is a very good choice in terms of diet because the amount of carbohydrates in
this species is almost zero and the amount of fat in it is about 5% and on the other hand
